To ensure an organization can perform its duties without a high degree of network bandwidth issues or downtime, the GMTS Engineering team examines and documents the drivers for stable, secure and scalable network design.  Gray Matters Technology Services will build a stable design for your network needs, and will also provide the appropriate Operating and Maintenance support either On Premises or as an IT Remote Management Service.

GMTS engages existing Helpdesk personnel to ensure procedures are followed and policy guidance applied to ensure:

  • Routers, Switches configurations and deployment
  • equipmen refresh
  • network security
  • personal safety
  • equipment monitoring and logging
  • report generation to manage accounts, and  
  • other assets identified by each customer we support.

Our knowledgeable Helpdesk personnel are certified in SQL, Oracle and Java, and understand how to best support applications through training and end-user communications.
