GMTS engages existing help desk personnel to ensure procedures are followed and policy guidance applied, ensuring:

  • Routers and switches configurations and deployment

  • Equipment refresh

  • Network security

  • Logistics/equipment inventory

  • Equipment monitoring and logging

  • Report generation to manage accounts

  • Other assets identified by each customer we support.

Our knowledgeable help desk personnel are certified in SQL, Oracle, and Java, and understand how to best support applications through training and end-user communications.
